Ingredients
5 tbsp 5 Peach Gum
100 g 100 Red bean (soak for an hour)
5 g 5 Dried orange skin
50 g 50 Brown sugar
Coconut milk (optional)
Directions
- Add red bean, orange skin and water, big fire for about 30-45mins
- Add in peach gum and sugar, boil for another 20-30mins.
- Serve it hot or cold. If it's a hot day, can add in coconut milk and shave ice!
Coconut milk to add in after finish cooking.
