Peach gum has high antioxidants and red bean is high in iron, reduce inflammation. A dessert that is very easy to do and good for hot day!

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp 5 Peach Gum

  • 100 g 100 Red bean (soak for an hour)

  • 5 g 5 Dried orange skin

  • 50 g 50 Brown sugar

  • Coconut milk (optional)

Directions

  • Add red bean, orange skin and water, big fire for about 30-45mins
  • Add in peach gum and sugar, boil for another 20-30mins.
  • Serve it hot or cold. If it's a hot day, can add in coconut milk and shave ice!
    Coconut milk to add in after finish cooking.
