Red Bean Peach Gum Dessert

Peach gum has high antioxidants and red bean is high in iron, reduce inflammation. A dessert that is very easy to do and good for hot day!

 Peach gum
 red bean
 5 g Dried orange skin
 50 g Brown sugar

Add red bean, orange skin and water, big fire for about 30-45mins


Add in peach gum and sugar, boil for another 20-30mins.


Serve it hot or cold. If it's a hot day, can add in coconut milk and shave ice!
Coconut milk to add in after finish cooking.
