Cordyceps flower With Chinese Yam Soup helps to nourish the lungs, liver & kidney, build immunity and good skin.

 20 g Cordyceps Flower
 200 g Chinese Yam
 1 Carrot
 400 g Pork bone with meat (Pork Rib)
 1 Slice of ginger

Blench the pork bone and wash away the blood and impurities. I use pork bone with meat so that my kids can eat and the soup is much tastier.


Clean the cordyceps flower.


Chop chinese yam and carrot to your desired size. I cut in strips so easier for the kids to eat and hold.


Bring the water, pork bone and ginger to boil for 30mins.


Add in all the remaining ingredients: Chinese yam, carrot, and cordyceps flower.


Boil for an hour


You can add salt before serving according to your preference.
