Ingredients:
1 packet chicken wings
3-5 tbsp marmite
4 tbsp oyster sauce
4 tbsp honey
1 cloves garlic
3 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp fresh ginger juice (see below)
Steps:
1. Wash and pat dry chicken wings.
2. Marinate it with all the ingredients and leave it overnight, if not leave it for at least an hour.
3. Preheat the oven about 180 degree and bake it for at least 20 mins. Flip the chicken wing in between to make sure is well cooked till golden brown.
(oven setting differs from different brands, please check your oven instruction book)
Steeped the ginger and squeeze out the juice and throw away the fiber
