Baked Potato Cheese BallsBaked Potato Cheese Balls are well-liked by my kids because they love cheese! I added cranberry and spring onion for more nutrients and ham for extra taste, as I did not put any seasoning. For a healthier choice, you can replace the ham with pork belly slice. Dried cranberry contains lots of antioxidants and vitamins beneficial for our body. Spring onions are an excellent source of vitamin C and calcium.
Mushroom QuicheMy kids love quiche a lot, this mushroom quiche is perfect for mushrooms lover! It's a pretty easy recipe and kids friendly meal.
