Just like how the Asia way of eating and with a balanced diet. The muffin size is also easier for the child to grasp and learn how to break down their food. This trains their moto skills and also good for baby led weaning.
Baked Potato Cheese BallsBaked Potato Cheese Balls are well-liked by my kids because they love cheese! I added cranberry and spring onion for more nutrients and ham for extra taste, as I did not put any seasoning. For a healthier choice, you can replace the ham with pork belly slice. Dried cranberry contains lots of antioxidants and vitamins beneficial for our body. Spring onions are an excellent source of vitamin C and calcium.
