Cordyceps flower With Chinese Yam Soup


  • Cordyceps Flower 20gram
  • Chinese Yam 200gram
  • Carrot 1 med/large stick
  • Pork Bone (with meat) 400gram
  • Ginger 1 slice


Cordyceps flower With Chinese Yam Soup helps to nourish the lungs, liver & kidney, build immunity and good skin.

Cooking Method

  1. Blench the pork bone and wash away the blood and impurities. I use pork bone with meat, so that my kids can eat and the soup are much tastier.
  2. Clean the cordyceps flower.
  3. Chop chinese yam and carrot to your desired size. I cut in strips so easier for the kids to eat and hold.
  4. Bring the water, pork bone and ginger to boil for 30mins.
  5. Add in all the remaining ingredients: Chinese yam, carrot and cordyceps flower. 
  6. Boil for at least an hour to two. 
  7. You can add salt before serving according to your preference.
