Cordyceps flower With Chinese Yam Soup helps to nourish the lungs, liver & kidney, build immunity and good skin.

Ingredients

  • 20 g Cordyceps Flower

  • 200 g Chinese Yam

  • 1 Carrot

  • 400 g Pork bone with meat (Pork Rib)

  • 1 slice Slice of ginger

Directions

  • Blench the pork bone and wash away the blood and impurities. I use pork bone with meat so that my kids can eat and the soup is much tastier.
  • Clean the cordyceps flower.
  • Chop Chinese yam and carrot to your desired size. I cut in strips so easier for the kids to eat and hold.
  • Bring the water, pork bone and ginger to boil for 30mins.
  • Add in all the remaining ingredients: Chinese yam, carrot, and cordyceps flower.
  • Boil for an hour
  • You can add salt before serving according to your preference.
