Ingredients
20 g 20 Cordyceps Flower
200 g 200 Chinese Yam
1 1 Carrot
400 g 400 Pork bone with meat (Pork Rib)
1 slice 1 Slice of ginger
Directions
- Blench the pork bone and wash away the blood and impurities. I use pork bone with meat so that my kids can eat and the soup is much tastier.
- Clean the cordyceps flower.
- Chop Chinese yam and carrot to your desired size. I cut in strips so easier for the kids to eat and hold.
- Bring the water, pork bone and ginger to boil for 30mins.
- Add in all the remaining ingredients: Chinese yam, carrot, and cordyceps flower.
- Boil for an hour
- You can add salt before serving according to your preference.
